Omar Brumley, Esquire was born on June 7, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois. Attorney Brumley is a graduate of St. Dorothy’s School (1989), De La Salle Institute (1993), Florida A & M University (1997) and Stetson University College of Law (2000).
While in law school, Attorney Brumley was a Council on Legal Educational Opportunity Fellow; a State Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable R. Timothy Peters, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida; certified as a Special Assistant Public Defender by the Florida Bar and was a law clerk for the personal injury law firm of Johnson, Blakely, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns in Tampa, Florida. Attorney Brumley, was a former partner in the personal injury law firm of Rouson & Brumley, P.A., St. Petersburg, Florida.
Attorney Brumley is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. Attorney Brumley commits his practice to only personal injury law. Lastly, Attorney Brumley is on the Board of Directors for Eta Rho Educational Services and Town & Country Pony Baseball.
